Vitamins and supplements are necessary in today’s world, but there are vitamins out there that just aren’t very effective. In many ways, wellness and age are an attitude. The attitude you have towards your age and health has an enormous impact on your behavior. Before you can be, you have to act. To be young or to be healthy is more of a mindset, than a number or a feeling. How you feel changes. No matter what you do, the number beside your age is going to get higher. But your attitude is something that you have control over. The way you see situations and yourself is more important than the situation and how others see you. Situations and the way others see you is largely determined by you. Healthy aging is no different. Your attitude towards aging determines if you are aging well. Contrary to popular belief, healthy aging is within your control. It starts with having a good attitude, and then the journey to wellness tends to follow. You start to want to do things a certain way, instead of feeling like you have to. As you age, the expectation is to feel more tired. But if you expect to have energy and feel young, your actions will be in line with those expectations.
