DOCTOR ROGERS Pain Formula

Welcome everyone to another edition of the Doctor’s Note where we talk about what’s on our minds when it comes to your health.

Over my 40 years of medical practice, I’ve observed that most people visit the doctor for two primary reasons, they’re either tired or in pain. While pain is a highly subjective experience, the consequences are all too real, affecting our daily lives and wellbeing.

“Pain is universal. Suffering is optional.” Auden

In this week’s podcast, we talk about the challenges of managing chronic pain during a time when the opioid crisis has heightened the stakes for both doctors and patients. With the focus on safer, natural alternatives, I am excited to introduce DOCTOR ROGERS Pain Formula. This unique blend, crafted from a mix of carefully researched natural supplements, aims to alleviate pain and reduce inflammation without the side effects commonly associated with traditional medications.

I hope you’ll watch the full episode as we explore a more natural path to managing chronic pain.

PODCAST NOTES

  • The opioid crisis has profoundly affected how doctors prescribe pain medications. Due to the high risk of addiction and stringent regulations, many physicians are now hesitant to prescribe opiates, except for very short-term use. This caution is justifiable given the potential misuse and the severe consequences of addiction.

  • NSAIDs such as Motrin, Naprosyn, Mobic (meloxicam), and Celebrex are commonly used to treat pain, but they come with considerable side effects. These can include gastrointestinal issues, renal problems, and increased cardiovascular risks. Consequently, long-term use of NSAIDs is generally discouraged, prompting the need for safer alternatives.

  • Chronic inflammation is often at the root of pain and various other diseases. If we can address inflammation effectively, we can mitigate pain and boost overall health. That’s why anti-inflammatory treatments and lifestyle modifications are so crucial.

  • Introducing DOCTOR ROGERS Pain Formula - I’ve developed a specialized pain formula using natural supplements. Collaborating with a pharmacy that customizes vitamins (without filler or artificial ingredients), this Pain Formula is aimed at reducing inflammation and pain naturally and effectively. My preference is for natural remedies over traditional pharmaceuticals.

  • The Pain Formula includes several key ingredients known for their anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties. These are Turmeric Extract (rich in Curcumin), Boswellin HBD (Boswellia Serrata Extract), OptiMSM®, Willow Bark Dry Extract, Bromelain, and Paractin (standardized extract from Green Chiretta). Black Pepper Extract is also included to enhance absorption, ensuring maximum efficacy of the other ingredients.

  • Besides taking the Pain Formula (or something equivalent), I can’t emphasize enough how crucial lifestyle changes are for managing chronic pain. Avoiding inflammatory foods such as sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and corn is vital. Additionally, maintaining an active lifestyle, ensuring adequate sleep, reducing stress, and achieving hormone balance are cornerstone habits for reducing pain and improving health.

Remember, managing chronic pain is not just about finding the right medication or supplement, it’s a holistic approach that involves proper diet, regular movement, adequate sleep, and stress management. Always consult your physician before starting any new treatment regimen.

Stay educated. Stay healthy.

Till next week.
