How To Detox With CellCore

Welcome everyone to another edition of the Doctor’s Note where we talk about what’s on our minds when it comes to your health.

Several weeks back, I did a podcast on Gut Microbiome and the important role it plays in your overall health. The main takeaway was that your gut microbiome affects every organ in your body, and we should aim to keep it healthy. In the Note, there was mention of diet and a probiotic/prebiotic (i.e. DigestShield) that would help, but today I’d like to add the possibility of a good gut cleanse, in particular CellCore Detox.

CellCore Detox is a parasite cleanse with a comprehensive protocol that aims to cleanse the body of gut pathogens, parasites, bacteria, viruses, and environmental toxins (i.e. heavy metals, phthalates and parabens). My son Andy Rogers, PA-C and our North Knoxville provider, Margaux Cousturian, PA-C just recently finished this cleanse and offered to share their experience on the podcast.

Detoxing is extremely important in today’s toxic world, and as Andy said so emphatically in our conversation, “We all got worms!”. I hope you will take a moment to listen to the full episode, especially if you have stomach issues, any autoimmune disease, or chronic inflammation. A good parasite cleanse may be just the right medicine for you!

PODCAST NOTES

  1. Detox programs can be really harsh on the body. Andy and Margaux both agree that CellCore Detox is not.

  2. Margaux noted feeling more alert and less fatigued after the detox. It was also noted that there were improvements in her autoimmune markers (i.e., TPO).

  3. The first part of the CellCore protocol is preparing your body for the cleanse by getting your systems moving, so your liver is ready for the detox. This preparation helps the body avoid harsh detox reactions.

  4. The CellCore Foundational Protocol targets gut pathogens beyond just parasites, addressing bacteria, viruses, and environmental toxins like heavy metals and phthalates.

  5. CellCore Detox includes energy and drainage support, gut and immune support, and detox preparation to optimize the cleanse process.

  6. The CellCore Foundational Protocol lasts four months. The Comprehensive Protocol lasts nine months (recommended for extreme cases like Lyme Disease). Andy and Margaux did the Foundational Protocol.

  7. Individual parasite cleanses target specific issues like autoimmune markers, and gut dysfunction.

  8. It is recommended to repeat the parasite cleanse once a year, coupled with lifestyle changes. Margaux mentioned using water purifiers, avoiding toxins as much as possible, avoiding raw sushi, and soaking fruit in baking soda.

  9. No test is needed to qualify for the CellCore Detox program. No prescription needed.

If you’ve ever had any sort of gut issues, high exposure to toxins, chronic fatigue, inflammation, joint pain, OR if you’ve ever just wanted to “detox” for the detox, I highly suggest doing it under the provision of an experienced provider. Margaux Cousturian, PA-C is our Performance Medicine lead Autoimmune provider who can help direct you to the right CellCore packet and prepare you for the road ahead. She is available via telemedicine or office appointment.

As always, do your own research.

Stay healthy. Stay educated.

Till next week.
