WHY I CHOSE PERFORMANCE MEDICINE
I love that at Performance Medicine we work to address not only acute medical issues, but also optimize health to prevent future issues and keep patients feeling good well into later years.
I also love our willingness to work with patients' desired goals related to their health—for example, some patients prefer natural and supplement-based management of medical conditions versus prescription medical management, and that's something we're willing to work with them on.
I also love that as providers we work together to come up with outside-the-box solutions for patients' unique issues.
PATIENT EXPERIENCE
Above all, I want patients to feel comfortable and heard when they see me. I want them to know that I'm willing to meet them where they're at and work with them to come up with a treatment plan that works best for them.
FAVORITE PATIENT SUCCESS STORY
Newer here, so not yet :)
FAVORITE VITAMIN
Dr. Rogers' Stress Relief formula! It's filled with great adaptogens that help reduce the impact of increased stress and help level out mood.
FAVORITE EXERCISE
Hiking: Between work and having a toddler at home, I often find it hard to make time for dedicated exercise.
Hiking is something we can do as a family that allows us to get out of the house and into the sun while burning calories and building muscle. Living in East Tennessee, we're lucky to have tons of easy, low-impact trails around us to explore!
